• Monthly Retainer Fee: PKR 99,000 / month

• Meeting & Consultation Allowance: Up to 5 hours per month

• Litigation Coverage: Restricted strictly to Labor Courts & Industrial Relations Tribunals.

• Corporate & Regulatory Compliance:

  • SECP statutory filings, post-incorporation compliance, and corporate updates.

  • Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) Pakistan registrations (Trademarks, Copyrights, and Initial Clearance Searches).

  • General statutory and legal framework compliance advising.

• Alternative Dispute Resolution: Basic mediation services to resolve pre-litigation commercial or employment disputes

2. Gold Package - Corporate Growth Tier 

Ideal for: Established mid-market companies requiring broader court coverage, active legal correspondence, and ongoing commercial risk management.

• Monthly Retainer Fee: Rs. 249,000/per month

• Meeting & Consultation Allowance: Up to 20 hours per month

• Litigation Coverage: Includes all Civil Courts and Specialized Courts/Tribunals (e.g., Banking Courts, Consumer Courts, Rent Controllers, Special Regulatory Authorities). Excludes High Court and Supreme Court representation.

• Inclusive Base Features: Includes all services under the Silver Package.

• Legal Correspondence & Notices: Complete handling, drafting, and issuing of legal notices, formal responses, cease-and-desist communications, and commercial counter-correspondence.

3. Platinum Package - Enterprise & Sovereign Support Tier

Ideal for: Corporations, institutional entities, and high-growth enterprises requiring full-spectrum legal representation, tax management, and executive-level oversight.

• Monthly Retainer Fee: Rs. 599,000/per month

• Meeting & Consultation Allowance: Up to 45 hours per month

• Litigation & Appellate Coverage: Full representation across all judicial forums, including High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

• Inclusive Base Features: Includes all services under both the Silver and Gold Packages.

• Taxation & Fiscal Compliance: Full management of corporate tax compliance, FBR regulatory filings, sales tax/income tax structuring, and annual tax returns.

• Arbitration & Cross-Border Support: Complex commercial negotiations, international contract structuring, and representation in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
